Enjoy the same benefits of your basic Heating Plan + Maintenance, plus an annual maintenance check. Once a year, one of our qualified technicians will conduct a performance and safety inspection on your heating unit, which is inclusive of a 21-point inspection, diagnosis of any neighboring code infractions, cleaning and a safety test for carbon monoxide (CO). Annual maintenance will be performed on seasonal basis upon your request, appointments must be arranged Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9-5 and is not our responsibility.
